BALL HOCKEY
BALL HOCKEY, also known as rink hockey, is a fast-paced team sport played on a smooth, flat surface, typically a roller rink and played on quad skates. Ball hockey requires speed, agility, and precise stick-handling skills. Teams consist of four skaters players and a goalie. It is a great sport to be enjoyed by skaters of all ages.

Our program aims to introduce players to the fundamentals of the sport, covering essential skills such as skating techniques, stickhandling, passing, and shooting.
